L183

Post by aquaman :3 »

I was searching for a nice algea eater for my aquarium and I found the L183, but I have a few aquestions about the fish :-\
First, Does it eat plants or something? because i really want to keep them with plants
Second can it be combined with corydoras Panda's?
And is it rare or very expensive?

I have a young one, just getting to about 2". It is very active, constantly cleaning the glass, furniture and plant leaves. It hasn't damaged any plants. It gets along great with my various Corydoras (even the small habrosus) and larger plecos (is not shy at feeding time), I don't have Pandas but I don't think there would be a problem. I don't see it eating the fresh veggies as often as the BNs but it is very fond of the Hikari sinking pellets, NLS pellets, Hikari algae wafers and Repashy gels (meat pie and soilent green).
