It's very hard to tell when it is exhibiting stress coloration.

Clearly a Hypostomus species but its still a juvenile. And Hypostomus is such a vast "ocean" to swim through it may take a while to figure it out. You may want to post a few pics of the ventral side of the fish so we can see the mouth, etc. And you may have to wait until its a little older. I'll wait for others, much more experienced than I, to weigh in.
