Had a look at the pseudolitoxius anthrax it has bristles on its fins but non round it's face

I'd agree with Dave's suggestion of .
Do you mean yours has bristles on it's fins? The image on PC shows a fish with mature pectoral fin spikes and seems to be showing it's interopercular odontodes (cheek bristles), which you'll see as the fish matures.

That's very usual in mature specimens. Does it have the cheek odontodes (bristles) too? If it wasn't for the shape, I might reconsider, but AFAIK there are no other loricarids that have the flat body shape of Pseudolithoxus - one of the reasons for it's common name of flyer cat.jaces69 wrote:Yes Martin it has bristle on its fins it's around 8yrs old
