Definately male and Hypancistrus. Without knowing the source (tank bred or wild + catch location) would probably label as L066 as even though its similar to L399 / L400 it has the straight line patterns on the fins. Really difficult with these without knowing the source. I have one that is almost identical to the bottom photo of the fish caving and after much searching I have concluded that L066 is the best label for him.....a particularly pretty one

Wel these fish are all tank bred and there parents are boucht in different shops.. the Parents are boucht as L333.

This could mean yours his a hybrid. there are several different "locational" variants of the L333 which could indeed be different species. Hypancistrus are known to hybridize, so given the breeder bought a "black and white L333" and a "porto de maz L333", the fish could be deemed hybrid.
