My partner bought this Pleco last week and we have no idea what it is, any ideas? Thanks.

Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus.
a.k.a. L001.
Pretty standard care, and they grow to about a foot.

Thanks for your help, my partner posted the same question on a facebook page specifically for Pleco's and weve had all sorts of answers and it even started a small debate

Re: Can anybody identify my Pleco?
No need for debate. This is clearly , as Bristlenose 94 said. It's a very common fish.
Out of curiosity, what did the shop sell it as? I ask because I'm surprised that there's no common name in the cat-elog for this species, and there probably should be. I'll start another thread on the subject.
P.S. it's strange seeing Brits calling them "plecos". Sign of the times, I guess. I find myself saying it sometimes, too.
