I'd suggest it's a female , it's not elongate enough and the eyes are too big for . This looks like a mature adult fish and so is also too small for Silurus' alternative suggestion but the fishes are very close and I must say I am only 90% confident.

Thank you, in the past I had speculated was a 147 but the fish was little
now is in my aquariums for two years and is 15 cm long
There is still much confusion about the exact identification of armored catfishes or wrong?

I agree, L147 - I'm pretty sure of this, as it looks very much like one of the ones in my group (although mine aren't quite as "fat").
