Between 20 percent and 69 percent of fish keepers surveyed in Texas admitted to dumping, according to Williams.
I never would have expected it to be 1/5, yet possibly even higher.

Yeah, this is sad. We as the the community of fish keepers are endangering the environment and the local feral fish populations, making the goverment spent our tax money to clean up or at least study and control our mess, and ringing the neck of our own hobby as more prohibitions are sure to follow sooner or later.
