Otocinclus? Parotocinclus?

I purchased this at PetSmart in Hamilton, Ohio, USA when I realized it wasn't a common Otocinclus. The peppered pattern was a dead giveaway that this guy was special. It cost $2.29. It was the only one in the tank. The others were common Otocinclus. Now I'm stumped trying to identify it. Parotocinclus jimi, perhaps?

It is VERY small... probably 2 to 3cm. It behaves differently than the common Otocinclus that I bought with it... it moves more slowly... less "spazzy". In some of the photographs you can see other plants, snails, and fish to give you a size reference. The fish are gold honey gouramis, Trichogaster chuna.

That's a close match! The Hypoptopoma appears to have odontones which I haven't noticed on my fish. Maybe mine is too young, or maybe mine is female. Thanks for the reply! Here's another pic, showing a top-down view.
