Sturisoma Aureum?
Bought as Sturisoma Aureum, wildcaught, from Colombia. Or at least exported from there.
But is it aureum or something else?

Re: Sturisoma Aureum?
Hi,
difficult to say with these pics. A pic with a clear lateral view including all the fins would be good.
From what can be seen in the pics (snout profile, pattern and fin lengths) I tentatively say yes, these are Sturisoma aureum.
Cheers,

I agree, from what you can tell in the pictures, they do look like S. aureum. Better pictures would help .

Re: Sturisoma Aureum?
Thanks for the answers.
Unfortunatly I cant get any other pictures of them, since they all died in a timelap of 5 hours. Have no idea what killed them. No nitrate, no ammonia, water temp was ok.. So, that´s one for the mystery-club to solve..
Anyway, I´ve got a new batch of them now, these are a lot smaller, but I don´t think they look like S. Aureum at all.. Will try to get pics in a few days..
