Is this Ich ? I got a bottle of Protozine whitespot & Fungus treatment I like to make sure I know what I am doing before I use it today.

That doesn't look like ich to me (I can't see any white spots). It looks like heavy scratching. Can you tell us more about what you are keeping the fish with, in what and general tank decorations (or post a pic of the tank).

That stocking list is more appropriate for a 110 gallon tank and even then there are issues, it is no wonder your Synodontis is getting scratched up, there will be stress and fighting going on because the fish have barely any room to move.
Dreaming of a full-on 5x2x2 Zaire River rapids biotope...

Only one fish in the tank is big that's the Pleco which he shared fight from day one. Every other fish would probably fit in his mouth if he decided to eat them there is no stress and if there was I would move him straight away. I am also moving all small fish to a new home over the weekend. I will also get a bigger tank ASAP for the catfish and Pleco. This is only tempory

Update on my catfish from all the advice my catfish now looks very healthy and all white marks are gone it looks like all my problems were from not having the tank properly setup I took out some ornaments and added a cave the cat fish loves this and spends lots of time upside down and feeding very well thanks to all for your help I now have one very happy catfish
