this is a picture of my dwarf harahara catfish - at least that's what I think he is - will try to get a better photo of him but he's not awfully co-operative :D - sue

Hara jerdoni

you might take care when rooting around the tank; they have a nasty sting, and IME it's slightly poisonous too....

They're fun to have, but don't boost the temperature. They'll handle it, but it significantly shortens their lifespan....20-23'C is good enough for them.(lucky for you, Neon Tetra's also like it cooler)
And they like company of their own kind, a current and not too many other highly active catfishes around (foodcompetitors)
Plan B should not automatically be twice as much explosives as Plan A

I wouldn't be so quick to call it H. jerdoni (it doesn't really look like one). It could be H. hara, or an Erethistes as well. These things are a pain to identify.
