Definitely not a basic bristlenose, but without capture location, it's going to be tough to give an definitive answer. Adult looks about right, but there are a few with similar markings that it might be. One thing I can say is I suspect it's a female.

Thank you. I though male at first but while researching a bit I would agree with female, has maybe 6 small straight bristles only front edge of the face. Seems to match up with other photos of confirmed females. Thanks again.
