WTB L129/L340 and Whiptail cats
Looking for juvies or adults of either species (340/129). Must be in the Milwaukee area or ship for a reasonable price to 53189 se wi.Also interested in a group of whiptail catfish.
Lmk what you have and price.
removed this: As for the corys, I dont want super common ones but would like to not spend a ton per fish. Duplicaras is my favorite species along with the lasers.

Re: WTB L129/L340 and 10/14 corydoras
There will be L129 juvies available in the room sales at the catfish convention. The quantities are pretty limited.

Re: WTB L129/L340 and 10/14 corydoras
Hi nv,
www.wetspot.com has Corydoras adolfoi, C. duplicareous and several other less common Corys. I have always been happy with how well wetspot packs their fish and they seem to be getting a good deal on UPS over night shipping rates.
I don't know anyone who currently has any of the Plecos you seek although there are many nice smaller species of Hypancistrus available from sellers listing on www.aquabid.com

I may have some L333 to sell. I didn't encourage their breeding these past years but I might have 12 which are about 2-1/2".nvcichlids wrote:Thanks Larry, apistomaster wrote:Hi nv,

I think I will decide to keep them since my wild breeders are getting pretty old.
I had 10 wild Corydoras erhardti once but I never bred them.
They are a nice species.
C. hastatus is my favorite hands down but one other I like is C-121. I had some and they spawned a little but all their eggs died.
Then I introduced some Tetras straight from the LFS instead of going through quarantine. I
Then some plague hit them and wiped them out within days. So I never did get the chance to set them up for breeding in very soft acidic water which I think they prefer.
I probably could have saved them if then I had the supply of Chloramphenicol HCl I have now. 250 mg/5 US gal dosage.
Doesn't mess up the water although it can kill off biological filtration bacteria.
I save the stuff for emergencies. I had to get some through somewhat shady means. It is the most useful wide spectrum antibiotic for bacterial fish diseases but it is very heavily restricted.

I do have a bunch of L340 fry, but they are small, the biggest being maybe 1 1/2".
