tank mates

I have a 550 gallon tank with large SA/CA cichlids Midas/umbie/Mayan/Red Terror/Jaguar/ Argenteus What plecos would be compatable. The bottom of the tank is covered in large pots,3" PVC and small to very lage driftwood. Ultima II bead filter pentair clean and clear cartidge filter

What size are you cichl*ds currently? That would be a good place to start. If they're already adults you'll be limited to choosing some of the larger plecos that are adults already so as to avoid being eaten.

Presuming the water is suitable; hardness, temperature, pH etc then consider...

At this time the cichlids are 3-5 inches

Great suggestion Richard. I've always loved these, they're beautiful, just a bit too big for my tanks. Looks like Aquascape Online has some for sale right now too, much cheaper than I thought they'd be.
