Very nice tanks!
How big are the tanks and how many fish in each?

Q) Why are dead fish harder to 'wind up' than live fish?
A) Because dead fish never take the bait! ;)

And a billion cherry shrimp? I keep a ton of them with my plecos too, as they clean up quiet well. But they do breed by the billions, even in the filters.Vaney.. wrote:The tanks are 288 ltr 120x60x40Lloydy wrote:Very nice tanks!

Nice tanks!
What temperature is in your tanks? I tried to keep shrimps with Hypancistrus.
But They (shrimps) didn't live for a long time with such high temperature as 29-30C.

I have cherry shrimp in tanks as high as 29, but never tried 30. Mine bred like rabbits at that temp. But usually I keep them in 28 C temp with my plecos that need that temp.Yakov_krepak wrote:Nice tanks!

Re: l173 tank l46 tanks..
Vaney,
How can you see if the fish have bred?
Do you leave them to their own devices?
and don't the cherry shrimp "nick off" with the eggs?
By the way nice pictures and very nice tanks, any info or pics on how they are setup. I'm just building some racks (planning stage at moment) and was planning on having 3, 4ft tanks on a rack or 3, 5ft tanks. though I think 4ft would fit better for my room.
Well done.

Great looking tank and photographs.
I really like how you combine breeding efforts with a nice looking setup, not the easiest.

Re: l46 tanks..
Nice scape Dan, but I prefer your old style a little more..
I guess it's just a matter of personal taste though.
