They have a clear headshape difference. Fish 1 has a long headshape, fish 2 and 3 much shorter.
As I'm still learning on these kind of fish I will do a guess of their sex, so please wait for more answers from people who have more knowledge of this species.

I would say, fish 1 is male and fish 2 and 3 are female.

Nice fish btw, hope to own one during my lifetime :d
