I had these special ordered about a year ago as Hassar richters, but would like a positive id. I took this video, but they NEVER stop moving and its hard to take a good pic.

Re: Hassar id?
Thanks guys, that why I posted it. The wholesalers were calling it Hassar richter and I knew that was incorrect. Orestis it is. As far as email, is that in reference to updating the My Cats page? I can't check my hotmail from my Droid, but I will try to get around to that on my laptop when I get a chance.

Re: Hassar id?
Is there some sort of 'geophagus' in the tank with them? I'm thinking these and any geo would do better with a sand substrate rather than the large grain gravel in the video.

Re: Hassar id?
Yes, we are moving to a bigger house soon. I have to move 20 tanks and I will be switching my Geo tanks to sand. I have sand in some of my tanks. I have some of the biggest, RAREST, and healthiest Geos around with or without sand.
The manager of my LFS breeds altifrons, red head tapajos, brokopondo, and he is anti sand and has some of the prettiest Geos you have ever seen at home and literally THOUSANDS of fry growing out of various species in 300 gallon outdoor ponds. I have zero waste In my tanks and feed a diverse diet. Ik people love to flame others for not having sand, but its a temporary situation.
