Pseudolaguvia sp. fry

Post by beta »

Had a very pleasant surprise today morning when I noticed a small fry in one of my tanks containing Pseudolaguvia shawi and Pseudolaguvia ferruginae. Was really surprised since the tank also contains a horde of Danionella priapus and Caridinia babaultiwho might have been potential predators.
Here are some blurry cam pics :( Will try and take some better pics tomorrow if it survives the day.

Sorry about the tags Mat, strangely enough when î used the YouTube tags the first time around, the videos never showed up. There was just a blank space where the video was supposed to be.

Lots of people have problems with these. Typically because they copy the entire Youtube URL, like this:

Code: Select all

when you should just use the "id" of the video, which is the bit from the ?v= to the next & [or the end of the line if there is no &], like this:

Code: Select all

I think the Catelog needs an ungrade on these; the pictures and the vid are prime Clog material.......

first spawn in captivity, or at least first properly documented spawn

congrats!
