Spectracanthicus murinus fry

Post by johni »

Hello!

Today I found two fry of Spectracanthicus murinus.
I also found the eggskin/egglayer. Must have been 15-20 fry.
I rescued two - the rest was eaten by my Geophagus abalios.

Greetings hannes

Hello!

I still have one fry in a small growout tank installed in the main tank.
Today I started feeding my single fry with smashed plankton tabs & cyclops.
You can already see the white-yellow stripe on the dorsal as well as on the caudal fin.

greetings,
hannes
