Are Red Wiggler fishing worms safe to feed Corys?

Are Red Wiggler fishing worms safe to feed Corys?

As fish like live foods...are these safe to give them. Please?

yes-- very good food but you will have to chop them up, which gets a little messy.

if you want them to be safe, you probably could house them in a plastic container for a week with uncontaminated topsoil in it and rotting leaves

then before feeding them put them in a jar with clean water for about 1 hour; make sure they cannot escape or your fellow housemates won't be amused :D
that's to clean the gut

if they still have a full gut the waterquality ges down the drain and you can get an outbreak of cyanobacteria (blue green algae)

earthworms in general are great food, but often the substrate on which they are bred is not so grand; by using your own compost you can avoid nasty surprises
