London

Post by Yann »

Hi Guys!!

End of February I'll be doing a family trip of 2-3 days in London...
It won't be very long, still better than nothing...

We will be doing some shopping (did I mention it was a family trip!! ;-) )
We will stop at the zoo and natural museum...was just wondering if you had any suggestion of other potential visit within the city, like pet shops or things like that??
In advance thanks
Cheers
Yann

Yes, I'll be there the last week of Jan. and I would like to visit some of the best fish shops in the area.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Silurus' suggestion is the best place IN London. There are some good shops a bit further out, Wildwoods in Enfield is another good shop. But it's a bit of a journey out of London - about an hour including walking time from Victoria Tube station.

Alex! You know I don't live _IN_ London - I work in London, and I live not far from... About 50 minutes to Waterloo station from my house.

The Aquatic Design Centre is okay. Not amazing, but occasionally have interesting stuff in. They are right in the West End, so very easy and quick to get to.
