I was wondering if someone could give me an ID on the below cory. I bought them as pygmy cories & think they could be Corydoras habrosus but would like a second opinion icase i'm wrong, Sorry about the bad photo's :ymblushing: have to say I love these little guy's & would love some more if I can get my hands on some

I have a spare 13"x8"x8" & wondered if it would be large enough to house the 2 pygmies I have as I think I may have a futrue breeding pair so would like to give them their own tank

Thanks for the help, now I know what they are I will see if I can get some more of them or see if the LFS can order some in as I just love these little guys as they are on the move chasing each other a lot more than other cories

Well just a little update, managed to find a place not to far away who had some more Corydoras habrosus & it was 5 for £13 well when we got home we found that there was 6 in the bag as the chap had miss counted :d starting to set up their tank & will start building a bigger tank soon just for them

I have 4 Habrosus and absolutely adore them. They're really feisty and zoom around the tank with my 10 Agassizii and 6 Albino Bronze. I have had 1 spawning from them but it was infertile. :((

Hi Corygal, I have to say i'm falling in love with these little fish as they are always on the go swimming around the tank & chasing each other & they remind me of my old pack of Jack Russell's when they had a mad 1/2 hour :))

Yes they are definitely the tenacious terriers of the fish world. :d
