was doing a water change today and saw two worm like things plus eggs the eggs was above the water line.

It looks vaguely like a freshwater ribbonworm (nemertean).

Could also be an unusual segmented or smooth roundworm. More details pics needed if possible. At any rate I would get it out of my tank.

Agreed, get rid of it and look out for re-infestation. That worm looks like it can do some damage.

Ever fed live tubifex/blackworms? I've seen those worms in aquaria which have been fed with aquatic livefoods and/or wild collected decor, I've never had any indication that they do any harm to fish whatsoever.
The eggs look like artemia cysts, have you ever fed BBS or adult artemia (live or frozen)?
