Want-to-Buy: L260 Queen Arabesque plecos. Really looking for the impossible-to-find female, but will also take juveniles and unsexed groups in hopes of a female or two. Tank-raised preferred; or pre-ban WC fish. Express shipping to Indiana unless you happen to be local for pick-up.

I'm selling a WC L260 male for $150


he's $125 at the GCCA swap meet on the 18th if you can come up and pick him up by then. The swap will be in Elk Grove, IL though. I don't know whereabouts in IN you're from.


I can also meet/deliver if you really want this fella for gas money only.


4'' male from head to tip of tail though. He was purchased before the ban, and I have yet have not found an adult female for him as I do have too many other species I'm focusing on.

I have to find the USB connector thingy so I can upload the photos everyone has been waiting for as I'm trying to severely cut out the number of species I have in the tanks and focus exclusively on those other species.

Wow! Thank you so much to folks who've contacted me. I've made one purchase as a result.

I'd be interested still in a group with hopes of getting any females. Or, it'd be nirvana to get an identified female. I know - females are probably impossible to find, but it doesn't hurt to try! I've got breeding in mind as an end-goal, and also trying to obtain from a couple different sources to strive toward unrelated pairing to keep those genes strong.
