Here it is my Pleco Galaxias....he lives the whole day this way...I didn't ever see him swimming....is that normal? Anyway the food desappears and I find every day new holes on the ground .... but I'm a bit worried! Any comment will be appreciated! Giovanna

Hi,
Do have any wood or something else in which they can hide in the tank or something else in which they can hide?They like digging holes under oblects in which they hide in.

Hi again Kostas!

Yes, of course he has woods and rocks to stay hidden....but he seems to like the holes made by himself....don't know why! I really hope that he'll become domestic like yours! I can almost pet my discus and he isn't that scared by my hands though! Tomorrow will break a floral pot and will make a 'cavern' for him! Maybe he'll like it more!

Vampires should be lurking in the dark remember? :D Mine is the same, forever hiding behind anything during daytime, and yes this fellow digs!

Thank you for the info...now I'm less worried about his health! I'm only worrying about if he will start sucking the skin of the discus....I will take an eye on him to see what he does during the night! Nice little fish!
