Very nice. I am planning something with a similar looking, except instead of floating plants, I will be using epiphytes to cut the light to the bottom of the tank.

-Thank you for all comments.
I have just started another "set up project". After quite some time of negotiation with my wife, I finally was allowed to bring one more tank into the house. I ended up with a juwel Rio 240. This time i am going for a tank with Loricariidae only. I have not decided the species yet, i may go for one or two of the species in the upper Rio Orinoco area like L128 Blue Ghost or L201. I may also end up with transferring the six L202 that I already have in my Rio 400 to this new tank. I have no rush on this it is still a lot of work with the setup before i am ready to add fish.

However, the setup will be a river with medium to strong current, Gh guite low, Temperature quite high (28-29 deg C or 82,4 - 84,2 deg F)and pH around 6,5- 7,0. Like the upper parts of Rio Orinoco. Fortunately the water in my local area is quite close to this (exept from the temperature that is around 0 deg C or 32 deg F this time of year...). I have used some time collecting nice naturally grinded "redish" sandstone and gravel from a nearby river. Currently I am in the process of cutting stones and planning the setup based on the stones availiable. My intention is to use stones from this local Norwegian river only to make a nice living environment for some Rio Orinoco catfishes...
The integrated pump in my new tank will be removed and replaced by an Eheim 2028 external filter together with one or two powerheads with diffusors to add enough current and oxygen to accomodate the fish in a good way.
I will add some pics later to show how i am working. If some of you have any good suggestions please comment
