I just got 8 L 159 fry better than a inch question is do they eat meat or vegies? Any hints on sexing and breeding?

Diet should be largely vegetarian - a little bit of meaty stuff is beneficial.

Breeding should be similar to other species of Ancistrus, and sexing will be same as for other Ancistrus - lots of "bristles" on the face is a male, fat belly is a female. They come from Rio Xingu, so would like to have quite warm water.

I also moved this topic to the Loricariidae section, rather than the "What's my catfish?".
