Whats the difference between these two plecos when they're both albino?

Pterygoplichthys pardalis

Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps

(Has anyone seen this one called an albino red spotted high fin pleco)

Whats the difference between these two plecos when they're both albino?

If you look closely, you can still see the diagnostic colour pattern in the dorsal fin.

The

Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps

also has a pronounced "supraoccipital crest" - a bony projection just before the dorsal fin.
