Well I think that this Loricarid is
Hypancistrus sp.(L-129), because I have one like you and the yellow lines can vanish in some sitations. (stress and some things related at behavior.)

I agree that is L129. Could I also suggest you put your location in your profile too? It was helpful to have in the post above, but having it in your profile is even more helpful.
