The ID is hard to make out from the photo, although I believe Yann is right.
The size of the fish would potentially make it more or less likely - my guess is that this fish is around 2.5-3cm (1-1 1/4") - small fish are more markedly spotted, and the spots gets (relatively to the size of the fish) smaller and less bright as the fish grows larger.

excellent the fish was around 1.75" when this picture was taken it is now piebald in places i will try to get a better picture as she is about 3" now unfortunately im right in the middle of a bad bateria bloom so its like looking through thick fog untill my UV gets here
