L255 Spotted Medusa
Hello everyone. I have been looking for 1 of these pleco's for a very long time now. When I see them pop up I am always too late. Someone has always beat me to the chase. If anyone has any of these I would love to know. Thanks.

Re: L255 Spotted Medusa
These are rare exports, I think partly because they are relatively sensitive to being held in captivity. In about five years of being interested in odd plecos, I've only ever seen them in one shop (and the non-spotted A. ranunculus on a few occassions - they aren't the easiest either, but not quite as difficult as L255).

Re: L255 Spotted Medusa
Check with Jeff Michels at aquaticclarity.com I bought some LDA074s from him but they're spotted so I don't know if they're actually LDA074s or L255s. The ones that he has left look like the ones on this site in the species section.
Here's what he calls them: Ancistrus cf. ranunculus White Spot Medusa wild 3” $30
