One of my adonis plecos

I got this guy at a tiny 1.5 inches and he has grown very fast to about 10 inches.he seems to be keeping his spots?

I've seen ones that are around 8-10" still with spots.

when he was small his spots were white as well but i recently picked up another adonis at 2 inches and it has very yellow spots.I am curious how he will turn out.
