Shells

Post by Alan »

Our Neolamprologus Multifasciatus shell dwellers have recently increased in numbers from about ten to about 50 :D , and we're now looking for some shells for them to take up residence in. Some of our LFSs have a few in but for the amount we'd want it would cost quite a bit of cash. So does anyone know where we can get hold of a couple of dozen shells suitable for these fish at a reasonable price?

I use escargot shells, buy them from a food shop on ebay rather than a fish shop or person as the price will be MUCH MUCH cheaper
HERE is what I use, 24 shells for just under £10 (inc P&P). There is also someone selling 4 shells for £3.10 (inc P&P) for shellies which is exactly the sort that you should avoid.
