ID Please and Thank You

Well this was my last attempt at trying to order L082 plecos.I am still happy with the fish as they came looking very nice and will try to breed this group since i already have another group of the same pleco i bought threw another source.I just need to id them.They are black/grey with a light yellow spots,3-5 inches in size.

It would help if you could prove a clear shot of the mouth. To me, it looks like one of the L201/H. contradens group.

i am also thinking L201,i will get a good mouth picture for you.Why are so many places calling these L082??The price was cheap so i did suspect they were wrongly named but thought i would try.

Are all the pictures under L201 correct??They look like three different fish there?

Well, I guess that L082 are worth a lot more than L201/H. contradens, etc, so by "misidentifying" them, you get more money - of course.

Of course, it's unlikely that you'd confuse them at the export - unless there is a BIG mistake in where they came from. The L082 comes from Rio Xingu, the L201/etc. are from Rio Orinoco.

I don't know about the L201 pictures.

Those look like my They are a nice fish, but certainly no L-82.
