Merry Cat-mas time again..

Post by L number Banana »

Sitting in the middle of nowhere with a bottle of Amarula and a netbook...
So, I'm missing my catfish and feeling all christmassy.

The Twelve Days of Cat-mas

On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me
Twelve Twigs relaxing
Eleven Squeakers squeaking
Ten Pims parading
Nine Glasscats glazing
Eight Woodcats chatting
Seven Clowns cavorting
Six Corys courting

Five Golden Nuggets

Four Chacas chomping
Three Bumbles hiding
Two Hoplos spawning
And a pond-sized
fully-cycled
tank.
Racing, shoes and fish. Nothing else matters. Oh, and bacon.

Dashing thru the plants
In an open top display
o'r the rocks he goes
Splashing all the way.

Barbs and barbels swing,
Making quite a sight,
Oh what fun it is to watch a catfish every night!

Jaguar Cats, Jaguar Cats, Jaguars all the way.
Oh what fun it is to find new catfish every day!

Okay, got that out of my system. Still haven't got any where with
"We three cats of Orient are.."

Racing, shoes and fish. Nothing else matters. Oh, and bacon.

And this one is just the best (but partly because it refers to one of my most favourite catfish) :D

I'm one of those artsy types that has an 'idea' for everything... Keeps me up at night sometimes. Wish it would work for world peace or neutrinos or something more useful

I'll post pictures of my snowmen this year, they're P.maccus...the people stopping to try to figure them out is worth it  I was told that my 'flat goldfish snow sculptures were cool." Flat goldfish indeed! Oh well at least they knew they were fish!

Argh! How could someone sink so low as to steal Artwork??? That's the whole point of art, you can make your own. Hmm, I guess on the bright side it must have been a nice catfish!

Hi L number Banana
Thats really great.
I hate carol singers at the door at Christmas time usually get to the door quick as I can and give them a quid NOT to sing LOL.
But wouldn't it be cool if you made up your own words(like you have )and got them to sing them to you would be a lot more interesting, well to me.

Caution is a most valuable asset in fish keeping, especially if you are the fish.

I'd love to try that but in my neighbourhood, the carol singers are more likely to be hiphop kids with pants like bedsheets.
Yo, Merry Christmas, yo...
Wouldn't mind the Salvation Army showing up and playing some cool jazz though. This site gives a whole new meaning to Hep Cat.
