Re: Breeding Hemiancistrus subviridis

Post by Farid »

hi lee,
as far i know H.subviridis has no dots back to the tail...they should end more or less in the middle of the fisch...

they might be L128...they also show a slight blueish touch on the fins if i see it right...

someone correct me if i'm wrong please!!

sorry i wasnt clear.

these are L128's but as far as my reserch goes they are a variant of the L200 which hopfully the same technique is used in breeding them

i am unable to find any info on breeding these fellas and id really like to give it a shot.

- sorry to the mods (about posting in other topic)

but even if someone could give me any clues or info on what they may think is the go i would love the help

I have a trio in my tank, I'm hoping they will breed at some point - expecting them to be like H. subviridis.

Like I said, they are unlikely to be different from L200 . And my approach to breeding them is just good food, clean water and patience.
