how old are they? not sure if its just me, but both have little odontodes.

I'm not sure about age...they are 11-13cm

If possible, can you get a close up of its pectoral fins and the back half of the body.

Also is 11-13 cm SL or TL? if its SL, then it should be easily sexed based on the odontode growth. If its TL, then they might still be a little young.

I would say the first fish is a male and the bottom one is a female.
Feed them properly and the belly of the bottom fish should get even more rounded.
