First, can I put my moderator hat on and say "Do not use all capitals" - in Internet culture, that is shouting, and no one likes someone who is shouting all the time.
Now for your actual question. L002 is a Panaque species, breeding is similar to that of or [clog}Panaque sp(L204)[/clog], and generally like almost all Hypostominae subfamily fishes (like Peckoltia, Ancistrus or Hypancistrus), so reading about breeding of any of those species will help your understanding of how to breed them.
I did read about someone breeding them. Might be worth doing a search of the forum, but if I remember correctly, there was only sparse details in the reporting of the breeding.

Hey cool man. I too have a group of them, probably 5 male and 3 female, Been keeping them for just half a year or so. Saw the male keeps fanning, but seems like no female likes this chap.
I am keeping this group in a 200litres tank. With the handheld meter, it gives 130 readings. I read somewhere I should times 2 this figure to get the actual microsiemens. if this is right, then it is 260 microsiemens.
All in all, there're 5 caves, snug fit for the male, in the tank. I can see 3 caves taken permanently.

Re: BREEDING L002 PEKOLTIA Sp
hi there,
i got about 5 fry of them that survived until today.
i keep them at the moment in a mix tank with about 5xL201 L,6-8x L204, 5xL189 in a 100L tank that is much to small for all of them. (2 tanks were leaking and no reverve yet)
so after keeping them since 2 years, around january i finely found a male faning and there were eggs! so i just seperated him in a little glastank (hanging in the original tank) and kept waiting until the first baby was out...
i make temp. changes vom 30°C down to 26°C every 3weeks and in the same time i drop the conductivity from 240 to 150-170ms nothing else...feed eenough mosquito larvae...and wait cover the caves with black flat stones (the roof type ones) or use wood .shoult not be missing keeping this spezies!!
good luck
