Is it just me, or do the spots look yellow/orange? And it looks like there's an orange trim on the dorsal and caudal? ??

Ancistrus hoplogenys is pretty rare but it does look very close and has mostly white spots.

Ancistrus sp. `Rio Ucayali` is probably correct

Here's a photo of Ancistrus sp. "Rio Ucayali" that I bought in December that were
sold to me as A. hoplogenys and a photo of one I bought a couple years ago as
a common BN. Hope these can help you ID your fish.
