Corydoras rabauti has a fuller body - otherwise they are pretty hard to tell apart.

Fish one though is pretty skinny. (he's getting fatter though)

The simplist way to separate the two species id in the dark stripe, in C. rabauti it has matt appearance, where as with C. zygatus the stripe has a metallic sheen to it. Also there is a colour break in the band just below the dorsal spine.
