I have 3 peppermint BN, they have the same problem like L66 (now died)
Bleeding fins:

White spots on the face:

Reddish stomach (blood?):

And little bit ripped fins.

Internal bacterial infection, I'd say. Pretty darn difficult to treat, unfortunately.

However, if all the fish are going this way, you need to figure out what else is wrong with the tank, as fish in good health will have some level of resistance to this sort of infection.
