I picked this guy up from my local fish shop today and on the tank they had him labeled as "Catfish".

azabkar you are partially correct as this is a mix of Synodontis euptera and another unknown species, it has retained the basic shape of the eupteraI think it' s synodontis_eupterus

The pattern, especially towards the tail, looks like smaller spots making up a semi or complete circle; similar to a jaguar's spots. I bring this up only because I noticed a tank at an lfs that was labeled Jaguar Synos. Tank was empty, somebody thought it was a good buy. These were listed as a eupterus X multipunctatus cross.
