Is this a Gibby variation?

Post by Rainbow Brite »

Hello!

I got two of these pleco's from my LFS and I was previously told they were a gold spotted pleco. However, I don't think there is such a thing as a gold spotted pleco!
A pleco fanatic friend of mine mentioned it might be a variation of a Gibby. Thought I would try to get various opinions from others.
