About this large pleco I ended up with

Post by WateryWorld »

Seems like certain plecos are worth a lot because they are more rare, and others worth like $5? Was wondering what the approx value of mine might be.

I know that not too many people have a big enough tank and wish to adopt a large pleco. Mine is around 11-12" now. (That's a 10 gal he was in briefly.)

Also can anyone confirm if he would or would not try to eat most tiny and small fish that I add to my tank? If he would eat them, then I probably need to rehome him, if not, I may keep him at least for a season or two.

This looks like (sorry, these are not worth very much), which is safe with small fishes.
