I was wondering if you can sex 5" Pseudacanthicus L273 by examining the Papilla.
And if so what is the differences?

My advice is to make high quality closeup photographs of the papilla of each fish, and publish them here, so that the experts can have a look at them. Dorsal view photographs will also help.

Perhaps it's more easy to sex them by looking at the head and the dorsalfin + body shape!
