What shoul I do???

Hey everyone,
I'm a rookie in pleco keeping so I need your help.
I just noticed that my Ancistrus sp3 pair have laid eggs in th cave I made for them.What should I do?
Should I remove the eggs and put them in a fry tank,or should I remove the other fish that are in the tank(1 Labeo bicolor and 3 SAG)??
Please help!!!

You really don't have to do anything because once Bushy Nose start spawning, they don't stop.
Chances are fairly good that some fry will survive if you do nothing.
If you want all of this brood, then remove the other fish.
Artificially caring for the brood is more likely to go wrong if you have no previous experience raising this family of fish's fry.
Many pairs produce a brood every 3 or 4 weeks.

I would remove the labeo bicolor. They can be really nasty and may eat a lot of the fry. What is a SAG?

Can't I remove the brood to a fry tank??

If you decide to remove the fry, I would wait until they are nearly free-swimming (that is, the fry are brown and no yolk sack). The dad will look after the eggs and young fry much better than you will be able to in a fry tank.

If you move the fry, I find that using some sort of siphon [hose only, a gravel vac will not have enough suction to suck the fry up] or turkey baster to suck up the fry into a temporary bucket/jug, and then simply pour them into their new home would be the best method. Trying to net newborn bristlenoses is stressful on the fry, so siphoning or similar is much "friendlier".
