Baryancitrus demantoides would be quite happy in a 200 litre tank. Hemiancistrus subviridis should be kept in a larger tank of at least 300 litre in my opinion. Preferably larger.
More import when keeping both these species is to do regular and large waterchanges to keep nitrate to an absolute minimum. They should be fed really large amounts of green food as well as occational artemia, mosquito larvae and such. I think that canned peas should be used in really large quantities. Try different brands of peas. These fish don`t get fat when fed heavily.
