Re: Wich L ?
A shot of the mouth will help a lot.
Doesn't look quite right for .
I'd agree with Martin. Also could be a young though....

Hi,
this fish looks very much like Scobinancistrus sp. l 133. Like Janne said, a picture of the mooth and the teeth will help.

Re: Wich L ?
So, not Hemiancistrus or Baryancistrus then.
An even closer view of the teeth will tell us if its Hypancistrus or Scobiancistrus...

Re: Wich L ?
The spotting is uniform on L368, but L133 shows smaller head spots, consistent with bennyvis' fish.Sorry ,but thats not true. I`ll buy them as L 368 .

Re: Wich L ?
The fish pictures above is not L368 but I would agree with L133 and both are Scobinancistrus species, but if there are several species in the shop the others can be real L368 because L133 is quite rare in the hobby.Nico wrote:Sorry ,but thats not true. I`ll buy them as L 368 .
This one could have been mixed in with L368 at the export facility and they cant see the different, mistakes is made quite often.

Re: Wich L ?
There are only a couple of pictures in DATZ and Aqualog, and these are of a fish out of water. These seem to match, but I know of no other pictures.Dosn`t matter ,where can i find a pic of L133 or can you show me one,it`s not in the database
Perhaps one of the German plec sites?
Re: Wich L ?

Re: Wich L ?
If everyone agrees, then I'm sure Jools would love to have these pictures in the cat-elog.
email them to webmaster@planetcatfish.com
Also, the above link does not work because PC stars out the "e" in pleco. Just replace the "e" and it works fine.

Re: Wich L ?
I finally got an activation email so can post myself.. thanx Bennyvis for doing that for me so far!
The link, http://www.u2u.idv.tw/stone/htm-e/pleco ... Magnum.htm (with *=e) is in fact part of the gallery of this website: http://www.basilaqua.com.tw. They have an email address so if Jools wants those pictures he can ask them I guess.
The pictures in the link match the L that Bennyvis posted for me very well. But I am really not an expert and I assume it is L133 because they called it like that. I leave it up to you people to decide/judge!
