Green Bristlenoses????

Post by chopper831 »

I've been hearing alot about new color phases of bristlenose plecos. They are being called "green" or "green dragon" BNs. I haven't been able to find any pictures of these, do anyone have some pics or know a site where I can find some pics. I heard about it first through an fish auction site who had someone selling a breeding group that was throwing ABN, calico BN, and "green dragons". Is this just a fancy term for some lighter or darker regular brown BN. If you have any clue, let me know, thanks.

Without a picture it's quite hard to comment on that one...

Sounds like some are indulging in creative marketing of a species that has flooded the market with at least nine color variations not counting the 'green" one.
