Multiple numbers
Why are there some cory's that have more than one number. Examples are Loxozonus (C079, C082 and C083) and Xinguensis (C105 - C108) In the Cat-ELog they also have the same picture.

Yes, if you look in the C-numbers list, the same species will occur multiple times if it's been given multiple C-numbers. This can be because the species is variable in looks, and until the scientific description says that it's one species, the C-number system will have multiple variants separated. Another reason may be that the same species has been captured at quite different locations, and later on it is determined that this particular species is quite wide-spread.
